1. Adults Only
Escorts Surrey is an adult-oriented website within the Storm Escorts network advertising adult companionship and escort services. The websites are intended solely for persons aged 18 or over. By continuing to use Escorts Surrey or another Storm network website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
The Storm websites do not publish pornographic content. Storm may restrict access where it reasonably believes a person is under 18 or is attempting to misuse the websites.
2. What Storm Does
Storm advertises adult service-provider profiles, publishes fixed booking rates, receives booking enquiries and confirms bookings. Storm may also organise driver logistics for service providers where required.

3. Lawful Use Only

4. Profile Information and Photographs
Ladies provide their profile information/statistics and approve the photographs used for their profiles. Storm may format, crop, resize or compress approved material for web publication without materially misrepresenting the person.
Storm may suspend or remove a profile if there is a reasonable concern about age, identity, consent, authenticity, coercion, exploitation, impersonation, image rights or legality.
5. Availability and Booking Confirmation
Profile availability may change. A booking is not confirmed merely because a profile is online or an enquiry has been made. Storm confirms bookings through its booking process, subject to the lady’s availability and acceptance.
A lady may refuse a booking or withdraw from a booking. Users must respect boundaries and consent at all times.
6. Prices and Customer Payments
Storm publishes fixed booking prices. The customer pays the lady directly. Storm does not accept customer payments or customer deposits through the websites or booking process.
Any sum paid directly to a lady is not held by Storm. Storm may assist with administrative communication, but it does not operate an online payment gateway and does not hold customer funds.
7. Storm’s Commercial Arrangement With Service Providers
Storm may charge service providers fees under its separate commercial arrangements for business, advertising and related operational support. These charges are not customer payments to Storm and are not processed through the public websites.
8. Driver Arrangements
Storm may organise drivers for service-provider logistics. A driver arrangement does not alter the requirement that the lady chooses her availability and may refuse a booking. Customers must provide any practical location information reasonably needed for an accepted booking accurately.
9. Conduct
Storm may refuse or stop dealing with a person, block a telephone number or cancel a booking where reasonably necessary because of abusive, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, unsafe or unlawful behaviour, repeated nuisance contact, impersonation, safeguarding concerns or attempts to involve a minor.
10. Reviews
Reviews may be submitted or hosted through Trustindex or another identified third-party review platform. A third-party platform operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Storm may choose whether and how third-party reviews are displayed on a Storm website, subject to applicable law and platform rules.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the Storm websites, branding, written content, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Storm. Photographs and profile materials may also be subject to the rights of the person depicted, photographer or other rights-holder.
You must not scrape, clone, systematically copy, republish, commercially exploit or use profile photographs/content to impersonate another person without appropriate permission.
12. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Storm Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy. Storm does not currently use website analytics or behavioural advertising pixels.
