Escorts Surrey and the wider Storm Escorts network respect the right of a lady to request removal of her public profile or approved photographs.

1. What Can Be Requested

  • removal of an entire profile;
  • removal or replacement of photographs;
  • correction/removal of profile information;
  • removal of contact or location information;
  • correction of duplicate or inaccurate profiles; or
  • withdrawal of approval for specified future third-party advertising, subject to lawful limitations.

2. How to Request Removal

Email bookings@storm-escorts.com and identify the profile, the relevant site/URL where possible, and what should be removed or changed.

Do not send unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email. Storm may ask proportionate verification questions if necessary to prevent a fraudulent or malicious removal request.

3. Storm Network

Where a profile appears on more than one Storm network site, the requester should state whether the request applies to one site or the entire Storm network. If the request clearly applies to all Storm-operated copies, Storm should action all copies under its control.

4. Third-Party Websites

Storm may have advertised an approved profile on third-party websites. Storm can remove or request removal of material it controls, but independent third-party platforms control their own systems. Where reasonably possible, Storm should assist with identifying the external platform and use the available removal route for material placed there by Storm.

5. Urgent Safety Requests

Requests involving a minor, trafficking, coercion, exploitation, threats, impersonation or non-consensual imagery will be treated as safeguarding matters and escalated promptly.

6. Search Engines and Cached Copies

Removal from a Storm website does not automatically remove search-engine caches or copies made by independent third parties. Storm can take reasonable steps in relation to content under its control but cannot guarantee deletion from systems it does not operate.

7. Internal Records After Public Removal

Public removal does not always require immediate destruction of every internal record. Storm may retain a minimal record where there is a lawful and documented need, for example to evidence a removal request, consent history, safeguarding action or legal claim. Such records must remain subject to the Privacy Policy and internal retention standard.
